On our first day touring Mendoza’s wine regions we traveled the farthest distance on our itinerary from our hotel to the Uco Valley. The beauty of this region is breathtaking with the wineries situated along the foothills of the Andes mountains. This area is one of the highest wine growing regions in the world and is known for Malbec, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Semillon and Torrontes production.
